Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the proven leader we seek will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including salary changes, new hire updates and maintenance of the time attendance system, while ensuring all payroll/timekeeping systems are in accordance with SOX/DOL guidelines.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years of progressively responsible payroll processing experience, strong leadership skills,
Skills and Abilities: The ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication, analytical, PC and decision-making skills will be expected, as will knowledge of payroll/timekeeping systems and SOX/DOL guidelines. Workday experience preferred.
