We are currently seeking a highly organized, interpersonal and take-charge individual to provide administrative support to our General Counsel, Senior Vice President, and Executive Director. Key to this position will be the ability to effectively handle complex, confidential and sensitive administrative management issues in a timely, efficient manner.


Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary professional staff support to executive team
  • Researching, prioritizing and following up on multiple issues and concerns
  • Reviewing, preparing, distributing, tracking and following up on correspondence and requests for information
  • Serving as a liaison between Senior Executives and various internal/external customers
  • Managing calendars by scheduling and confirming appointments, conferences, meetings and travel arrangements
  • Establishing and maintaining efficient office organizational systems to include filing systems, records management, travel documentation, expense reports, purchasing and office supplies
  • Coordinating operational programs related to assigned business unit
  • Work with a team or independently on various special projects
  • Ensuring departmental/organizational policies and procedures are updated and in final presentation form
  • Handling other related functions as needed


To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or closely related field, along with 3 years’ experience providing administrative support/office management to an executive level staff. Advanced knowledge of PC’s (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and the ability to identify complex problems in a timely manner will be expected, as will the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, and effectively plan/organize job tasks. Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) preferred.
