    Successful candidate will play a key role in the coordination and maintenance of data and information management within our Clinical and Special Donor Services areas.


    Responsibilities Include:


    • Maintaining lists and assisting in the development of test cases, SOPs, and user manual
    • Serving as a point of contact for software application development project(s) within the health system to ensure issues are identified and resolved
    • Generating letters and reports daily, reviewing actionable items, contacting hospitals, preparing documentation as needed, and providing written hospital follow ups
    • Working closely with clinicians and lab personnel to acquire and enter data and resolve issues
    • Conducting analysis of donor listings for possible deferral, document actions, and generating donor letters
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Handling special projects
    • Performing other related functions as necessary


    To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in clinical or health information systems (HIS) applications support, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of computerized systems will be expected, as will the ability to identify problems and implement solutions. Superior analytical, problem-solving, organizational and oral/written communication skills are required.
