Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in as a customer service representative in a call center environment is preferred.
Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of a variety of software applications (Microsoft Office Suite); Attention to detail in all work processes; Ability to work flexible shifts; Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally; High level of interpersonal skills to handle a variety of issues and situations; Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization and customers in a helpful, courteous and friendly manner.
