    Successful candidate will play an integral role in the oversight and management of daily activities associated with Clinical Trials, including the communication of all clinical trial activities to management and other members of Comprehensive Cell Solutions staff.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Executing recruitment efforts for various clinical trials
    • Ensuring recruitment efforts meet study goals
    • Coordinating efforts and activities with Special Donor Services and Clinical Services Departments
    • Managing activities of consented participants for studies, including arranging physical exams, blood draws, etc.
    • Assuring completion and appropriate filing of all study documentation
    • Preparing various reports
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements
    • Handling a variety of related administrative functions


    To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration, Health Sciences, Public Administration, Public Health or related field, along with at least 3 years of health-related experience which includes the ability to read and understand laboratory protocols and SOPs, as well as assess implications for study execution. The ability to analyze processes and procedures, and effectively interact with staff and leadership will be expected, as will superior decision-making, oral/written communication, organizational, and PC skills.
