    Along with managing internal Comprehensive Cell Solutions – CCS activities and projects with third parties, you will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of projects aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.


    Responsibilities include:

    • Managing and supporting a variety of CCS projects, including monitoring/harmonizing their impact on schedule, resources and bandwidth across several departments
    • Utilizing Salesforce to follow up on projects activity and stakeholders involvement
    • Assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives
    • Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
    • Supporting ED with the development of comprehensive project plans
    • Coordinating internal resources (SME’s) and third parties/vendors for meetings and requirements sessions
    • Participating in business plan development for innovative business opportunities through collaboration, joint development, service or licensing
    • Tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
    • Creating and maintaining all project documentation pertinent to projects, including but not limited to, status reports, work plans and presentations
    • Providing technology search and evaluation analyses to create value
    • Working collaboratively with internal and external team members across a diverse range of projects, while establishing credibility and trust with partners
    • Making recommendations to improve services and processes within business unit
    • Handling other related tasks as necessary


    •  Bachelor’s Degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    • 3 years’ experience in marketing, customer relationship management strategies
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
    • PMP and SalesForce Administrator Certification Certification preferred
    • Knowledge of MS Project or similar Project Management tools
    • PC proficiency with Word, Excel, Access and Salesforce
    • Superior organizational, decision-making and oral/written communication skills
