    Responsibilities

    We are currently seeking an individual with general building maintenance experience to perform repairs and maintenance that will ensure the protection of life, property and product.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

     

    • Performing general repair and maintenance work including painting and other miscellaneous tasks
    • Observing, recording and bringing to management’s attention all equipment malfunctions
    • Assisting in all phases of business unit functions
    • Conducting complete building inspections and informing appropriate staff of unsafe or hazardous conditions
    • Assisting in the relocation of office furniture and fixtures
    • Removing snow and debris from walkways and adding salt as needed
    • Handling other related functions as necessary

    Qualifications

    To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and I year experience in a trade or general building maintenance role. The ability to operate hand and power tools properly and safely will be expected, as will knowledge of computerized systems. Attention to detail, ability to plan and organize tasks, and solid oral/written communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills essential.

     

    Position is overtime eligible
