    In this role, you will design, develop, test and maintain web-based database applications, as well as handle the migration of current NCBP applications to the new platform.

    Responsibilities include:


    • Contributing in the development and analysis of software requirements by working with internal users
    • Developing programming codes with .NET C# and implementing client-side scripts in JavaScript
    • Designing and coding transactional items such as web pages, reports and SQL procedures
    • Designing and coding reusable objects and components from both the web and database standpoint
    • Utilizing software development lifecycle to initiate, design, develop and implement upgrades
    • Creating and maintaining all documentation and technical specifications
    • Developing and maintaining metrics
    • Designing select Oracle objects, implementing stored procedures, functions and logical and physical database layers
    • Working on special projects
    • Handling other related functions as necessary


    To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, along with 4 years of programming and application development experience which includes .NET, C#, Visual Studio, Java Script, developing web services, Oracle 11, PL/SQL or similar. Knowledge of customer web-based technologies and systems will be expected, as will the ability to effectively identify problems and implement process improvements. Strong attention to detail, oral/written communication, organizational, interpersonal, analytical and PC (Microsoft Office Suite) skills are all essential.
