    We are currently seeking an astute, marketing savvy professional to will help advance the reputation of NYBC-E and our Affiliates as leaders in the advancement of Cellular Therapy and Regenerative Medicine through the development of effective marketing strategies that promote our Comprehensive Cell Solutions (CSS). Specifically, you will define the strategy, lead all marketing activities, promote our brand and services via messaging, and partner to create and execute strategies for multi-channel communications.


    Responsibilities include:


    • Developing and integrating a strategic plan across CCS products and services, building brand positioning, messaging and overall brand experience with a focus on marketing to prospective partners
    • Creating and implementing a comprehensive strategic marketing plan that amplifies CCS voice and messaging across all channels and audiences to achieve organizational goals
    • Overseeing the writing and design of all communications – website, annual report, brochures, media kits, regular blog series, related videos, audio and photography
    • Working with marketing and sales on content of Annual Report, print magazines and newsletters
    • Managing social media strategy (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram) and evaluating effectiveness
    • Creating strategic and informative copy for electronic communications with prospective clients and investors in mind
    • Developing powerful and compelling communication tools to support campaigns to build awareness
    • Providing leadership and managing a broad range of tools – broadcast, digital, print, mail, social media, video, in order to tell the CCS story
    • Leading efforts to build relationships with media and potential customers that promotes CCS
    • Preparing reports and handling other related duties as assigned


    To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Science, and possess 5 years’ experience in marketing that includes the development and implementation of strategic plans for medical specialties, managing digital platforms, and content creation for a multi-media marketing strategy. The ability to thrive is a fast-paced environment and work cross functionally to drive business results will be expected, as will superior organizational and leadership abilities. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, oral/written communication and PC skills essential. Knowledge of Marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web Analytics, Google, etc), as well as HTML, CSS and web developmental tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired.
