Supporting a team of organizational directors and administrators, you will provide support for a full range of administrative and office activities, and play an integral role in the handling of confidential, diversified and sensitive administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have an Associates Degree in Business Administration, Management, or closely related field, along with 3 years’ experience providing administrative support/office management to a large/complex organizational unit. Knowledge of office management, the ability to establish priorities, and PC proficiency with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio are all essential. The ability to plan and organize job tasks and resources in an efficient manner will be expected, as will superior problem-solving, decision-making, oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
