    As a key member of our Collections Department, you will be trained to manage both mobile and fixed site blood collection operations, while ensuring a positive donor experience and a safe work environment. In addition, you will be part of a management team overseeing the collection process and adherence to established policies/procedures as defined by the New York Blood Center, FDA, NJ/NYS DoH and affiliated organizations


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Managing, guiding, training, developing and mentoring staff
    • Overseeing the setup of collection sites, donation process and daily duties of staff and volunteers
    • Ensuring all records and documentation are complete and accurate


    To qualify, you must have an Associate Degree (or higher) in Nursing, be a Registered Nurse (RN), licensed in NJ, with a current CPR certification. Superior oral/written communication, customer service, decision-making, organizational, leadership and PC skills are expected, as well as a valid driver’s license.
