Reporting to the Supervisor of Donor Recruitment, the sales/marketing savvy candidate we seek will play a key role and have a direct impact on our daily collection activities and donor recruitment initiatives within the Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens Region.
To qualify, you must have a High School Diploma/GED (college degree preferred), 2-3 years of sales, marketing and/or customer service experience, and a valid driver’s license. Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational and persuasion skills will be expected, as will the enthusiasm necessary to help schedule and recruit blood donors. PC proficiency and the ability to work a flexible schedule is also essential.
