    Responsibilities

    As a key member of our team, you will accurately obtain required information from autologous and directed donors via telecommunications, schedule appointments for the organization, address any donor concerns, and correctly enter all necessary data pertinent to the medical procedure.

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Interacting with, and, providing customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Collecting required information from autologous and directed donors via telecommunications and scheduling donors based on templates.
    • Preparing and disclosing files for scheduled donations in an accurate, legible, and complete manner.
    • Handling the process of releasing and/or discarding autologous unit exceptions.
    • Providing assistance with donor advocacy by addressing donor concerns and tracking donor concerns into a computerized system.
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Working on special projects as needed.
    • Handling other related tasks as necessary.

    Qualifications

    To qualify, you must have a High School diploma, one to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Strong attention to detail, excellent oral/written communication skills, and PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite will be required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively plan/organize tasks, and effectively identify problems will be expected.
