Carry out assigned technical and non-technical activities related to the overall collection process of blood and blood products under the direction of the Medical Director, Regional Collections Manager, Unit Manager/Team Leader. Person-in Charge/designee, adhering to the policies and procedures as defined in the NYBC, FDA, NJ/NYSDOH and affiliated organizations.
Education: Minimum requirement of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in any of the following preferred: Healthcare, Phlebotomy; Customer Relations.
Skills: Demonstrate ability to speak and write English; perform basic computations; Ability to read and follow directions; Ability to perform basic computer functions. Must have a car to travel to site locations.
