We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to assist in providing a wide range of HR services and support to staff. The successful candidate will participate in various HR functions including new employee orientation, leave administration, including Paid Family Leave, FMLA, Worker’s Compensation, etc., while applying best practices and helping with the New York Blood Centers efforts in creating a strong customer service oriented environment, dedicated to delivering efficient, accurate and timely collateral in support of the organization’s mission.
