We are currently seeking a Senior HRIS professional to support the team and organization in Workday systems-related initiatives. This system-minded individual will be an organized self-starter with experience that includes EIB's, Payroll and Benefit Connectors, XML and Data Transformation. Must be able to work independently to analyze, troubleshoot, code, test new and existing integrations. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, the Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for leveraging current Workday platform offerings, proactively monitoring Workday product roadmap offerings to enable customers to fully capitalize on Workday capabilities, and assisting in developing requirements and/or partnering with other system resources (including 3rd party vendors) to configure, test, and deploy solutions. Position requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to strategically align and operationalize programs at a local and divisional level.
