We seek highly motivated and exceptionally creative candidates to lead a cutting-edge research project in the field of hematopoietic stem cell (HSC) biology. Projects include examining the signal transduction mechanisms regulating HSC self-renewal and multipotency with the ultimate goal of developing this knowledge into technology to improve in vitro HSC expansion and in vivo HSC function with clinical therapeutic potential.
M.D. or Ph.D. (or equivalent foreign degree) in the field of Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology or Genetics are preferred however all relevant degrees will be considered. Candidates with a track record of publication are desired. M.D./Ph.D. degree must be in hand at time of the initial appointment.
