Responsibilities

This position is pivotal in supporting the Technical Leadership team of the Enterprise Collections Center of Excellence (ECCOE) in leading technical operations within the Collections Operations department. It requires a deep understanding of the technical systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding the highest donor care, safety, and compliance standards.

 

• Ensure adherence to all quality measures in place at NYBC Enterprises Collections Operations.
• Maintains a working knowledge of Collections equipment and effective Standard Operating Procedures to support Technical Operations Team members and backfill duties when necessary.
• Able to perform all Technical Operations I, II, and III duties.
• Supports the development of new SOPs for new equipment and technological processes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative technologies and processes to improve the overall process.
• Can function as a reviewer for standard operating procedures, validation plans, data,
• Works with trainers to develop new training programs and in-service materials for all collection-related subject matter when requested.
• Supports drafting deviation responses and audits.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to innovation and continuous improvement.

• Trains Collections team members based on operational needs.
• Attends conferences and seminars, as required.
• Assists with special projects and other duties as assigned relevant to the position.
• Makes recommendations to improve business unit practices and processes.
• Any related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate degree

Experience:

  • Five years of experience in completing and reviewing business documentation and procedure review.
  • Quality Control documentation and experience in process change management or technical writing are preferred but not required.

Must Have: A car, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel and work a flexible schedule.

 

Any combination of education, training, and expertise equivalent to the requirements above that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the job's essential functions.

 

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $69,000.00p/yr. to $79,000.00p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.

 

Unless otherwise specified, all posted opportunities are located in the New York or Greater Tri-State office locations.
