As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, this role will have a hands-on approach to all the recruitment functions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience:
Five years of relevant full-time human resources experience in recruitment ,which includes high volume recruiting in healthcare, life sciences. Candidates should be well versed in HRIS and ATS systems (i.e. Workday, Peoplesoft, ICIMS) and sourcing tools including fluency in Boolean Logic, LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience in Unionized setting is highly desirable.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $80,000.00/year to $90,000.00/year. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.This is
