The Manager, Corporate Services is responsible for overseeing day-to-day workplace and support operations across the organization, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for employees, visitors, and business operations. This role manages space utilization and seating coordination, mailroom operations, workplace events and catering, cafeteria and food service vendor management, and regulatory and safety compliance activities.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized operational leader with strong vendor management, facilities coordination, and compliance experience who can effectively balance service delivery, operational efficiency, employee experience, and regulatory requirements.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $95,000 p/yr. to $105,000 p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
